Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, which includes order confirmation, packaging, and product inspection.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order applies to deliveries within supported shipping regions.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs procedures, or local postal services.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment
• Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily mean that your package has been lost

• Packages may be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on their country
• ZykVora™ cannot control delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
